SAFEGUARDING

• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Identification will be checked upon arrival.

• If a child is lost, there will be members of staff around to aid in this matter. We will have an area for lost children and matters will be dealt with by the Solara Festival Team. Please however ensure you write your phone number on their wristbands, just as a precautionary measure.

• Our team are trained to spot all kinds of bad behaviour, including anti-social behaviour, out-of-control mosh pits, crowd disturbances and drug use, and respond appropriately.

• Our area will be monitored closely by volunteers and staff, to allow for a happy and safe environment to all.

• The Solara Festival Team are not responsible for any loses or damages to items or valuables. Please ask a member of staff if this issue does arise.
