IMPORTANT INFO 

Solara Festival will be held on the Friday 26th - Sunday 28th of April 2024, located at Walton Castle in Clevedon, Bristol.

GATE OPENING TIMES 

Friday 26th April: 2pm  

Saturday 27th April: 9am   

​

Sunday 28th April: Campsites must be clear by 12pm 

​

BOX OFFICE 

Please collect your wristbands from the box office on your arrival. Make sure to have your QR code, ID (if you wish to bring in alcohol) ready to show to staff, and STUDENT ID (if you purchased a student ticket). 

You will NOT be able to re-enter with alcohol once you have got your wristband. 

Make sure you keep your wristband on at all times, during your time at Solara Festival. 

ID & Age Restrictions 

All ages are welcome at Solara Festival! It is important to us that our Festival goers are safe and therefore there are some rules put in place to ensure that Solara is safe environment for our festival goers.

  • Ages 16 and over will be asked to show proof of age on arrival to Solara Festival. 

  • You will need a valid, physical form of ID to be served alcohol. 

  • Please bring a physical copy of your ID (drivers licence, provisional licence or passport). 

  • Regarding the sale of alcohol beverages, we will challenge under 25s. 

  • Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult (21+).  

PROHIBITED ITEMS 

VALUABLES 

Solara Festival are not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged property. Please do not bring any valuables you are not willing to loose.

  • No drugs 

  • No firearms 

  • No knives 

  • No weapons 

  • No smoke bombs or flares

  • No re-entry with alcohol

  • No disposable BBQ's

  • No glass

  • No gazebos 

  • No selfie-sticks

  • Untrained or bad behaved animals (unless registered assistance and well-behaved dogs are allowed)
